To request that information about health outcomes or health economics conferences be posted on the IQOLA Web site, please send the following materials to webmaster@iqola.org:

• Brief description
• Abstract deadline (if contributed abstracts will be accepted)
• Registration deadline
• Contact information for the conference organizer (name, address, phone/fax, e-mail, Web site)

Please include your name, address, and phone/fax/e-mail information with your request.

We are always interested in learning about users' experiences with the SF Health Surveys and would like to highlight these experiences throughout the IQOLA site. In particular, we hope that this site can help facilitate communication between users of the SF questionnaires within countries, particularly in countries where societies for health outcomes research may not yet exist. If you are interested in sharing your experiences with others, please send information about your use of the SF-36 or other SF surveys to webmaster@iqola.org, along with your contact information. In addition, if you have published papers, reports or other manuscripts using SF data, and do not see your publication listed on our Web site, we would appreciate receiving a copy at the address below.
